Exterior Features The condominium is a ranch syle unit located on the first floor with a view of the pond with water fountain.  It is only a quick walk or short drive away from walking or nature trails, indoor and outdoor pools, and recreation area.  The indoor and outdoor pools easily accomodate many, for an enjoyable time and many memories with friends and family. If children are along for the relaxation trip or vacation, they will surely be easy to please with the nearby pools and recreation areas.
